Alex is TAF’s newest recruit and comes to the catering consultancy with 8 years of hands-on experience in hospitality and events, having worked for small, medium and large UK contract caterers. Her background is in Human Resources Practice, and she has a proven track record in recruitment, on-boarding, employee relations management, learning and development. She is qualified in Human Resources Practice and currently a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) She has made it her mission to help organisations in the catering industry improve their HR Management practices and to promote the exciting development opportunities the hospitality and events sector offers.
With a keen interest in food development and marketing, Alex is always on the lookout for the newest, most interesting high street trends and regularly attends industry shows to be able to offer valuable input to clients looking into evolving their food and beverage offer.
Alex has written a valuable TUPE brochure designed to advise and guide caterers and clients alike, on the sensitivities around TUPE. Alex and Tracey have collaborated on various catering tenders, and have written market research documents together.

Carey delivers a wide range of consumer, retail and B2B experience gained as agency owner, market lead and in industry governance; spanning a marketing career for over 20 years.
With significant expertise in UK and EU marketing regulations, her mission has been to educate brands and agencies on best practice, transforming the approach to consumer marketing including measurement, shared value creation and revenue growth.
