TAF’s Top Takeaways from this month’s Restaurant Show continues our post pandemic Trade Show Season.

On Wednesday TAF Catering Consultancy attended The Restaurant Show – the unique trade event bringing together the best of the hospitality industry, in a post pandemic arena, offering solutions to those facing many of today’s return-to-work challenges.

Visiting Olympia for the first time in over two years was inspiring, in that it clearly signalled a reboot to the foodservice sector, with tech clearly high on everyone’s agenda.
